Vespa is an incredible medical wig, with hand tied lace top, small lace front and PU strips inside to grip to skin.

The hairs are tied through lace one at a time through the front and parting

Being hand tied means the base is more supple, breathable and the hair moves more naturally than an injected base.

The cap is a M with adjustable straps at the nape.
